VIMEI (Vi妹) is a brand operated by SPACE Marketing Platform Sdn Bhd ("the Studio," "we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect from visitors and clients of vimei.live, how we use it, and the rights you hold under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Information We Collect — what we ask for
We collect only the information needed to reply to you and to operate the studio:
- Contact data — name, email address, and the contents of any message you send to hello@vimei.live or via our Facebook page.
- Programme data — for women who enrol in a Vi妹 wellness programme, we may also collect health information you voluntarily share (wellness goals, general health markers). This is treated as sensitive personal data and protected accordingly.
- Analytics data — anonymous, aggregate usage statistics collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics. No cookies are set; no individual visitors are identified or profiled.
2. How We Use It — and what we do not do
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, deliver the programme you signed up for, send relevant programme updates, and improve the site. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to anyone, at any time, under any circumstances.
3. How We Store It — with care
Personal data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Programme records are retained for as long as you remain an active client and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards. Inquiry emails are retained only as long as a conversation is active or longer if you remain a returning correspondent.
4. Who Sees It — a short list
Only the Vi妹 studio team. We do not share your information with third parties except where strictly required by law, or with trusted service providers (e.g. email delivery, secure hosting, payment processing) that operate under written confidentiality agreements.
5. Cookies & Tracking — we keep it clean
vimei.live does not set tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-respecting. No data is shared with advertising networks, social networks, or data brokers. If you arrive via a Facebook ad, Facebook may set its own cookies on its own domain — please refer to Facebook's privacy policy for that.
6. Your Rights — under Malaysia PDPA
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent to further communications at any time
- Limit the processing of your data

7. Children — not our audience
VIMEI programmes are for adult women only. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
8. Changes to This Policy — transparent
We may update this policy as our practice evolves or as regulations change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients.
